Why Avanto exists
SDA works best when everybody knows their role.
SDA sits at the intersection of a participant’s home, support arrangements, property ownership, compliance and funding. When responsibilities are blurred, participants can feel uncertain and owners can lose confidence.
Avanto’s model is designed to create a dependable middle ground: participant housing rights come first, support providers remain independent, and owners have a professional housing partner focused on the property and SDA obligations.

Our service boundary
SDA housing is separate from daily support.
Avanto’s operating model is SDA-only. We do not provide Supported Independent Living, personal care, nursing, behaviour support, support coordination, plan management, transport or daily living assistance.
This separation helps protect participant choice and keeps housing decisions focused on suitability, tenancy rights, safety and the dwelling.

Avanto shares the right level of dwelling information directly with prospective participants, families, support coordinators and other authorised representatives during the enquiry and suitability process.
